McDonald's in Kleinostheim

If it is not stated on Google or in the app that the MC Donalds closes at 8.30 p.m., you don't have to say anything about it. It's just ridiculous. Since I work in retail and didn't finish work until 8:10 p.m., I wasn't able to come by beforehand. It's great when you're there at 8:32 p.m. and don't get anything.

I recently ordered several menus and a few other items at the terminal in the restaurant. Although I had ordered many different sauces and toys, my entire order was right! The waiting time was also absolutely great despite corona restrictions and many customers. And when I handed over the order, I had a friendly employee. For a Friday evening I was absolutely thrilled by the service provided!

Best McDonalds, have never been served so quickly. The food was fresh and warm. It was all complete, unfortunately not the case in many other MC Donalds restaurants. Also very friendly staff. Thank you for this positive impression.

You can not go there every day but it tastes good for the children there is a playground for the father the parking lot very friendly staff

Unfortunately, due to the barrier to the parking lot, the driveway is a bit cramped when driving out of the Dreif exit!

Great McDonald's if you have long journeys. Since it is not directly in a rest area but has to take the exit for a short time (1 min), it is not so overcrowded and you can start again faster.

Unfortunately, something went wrong with my order, after no one had called, I turned to the email on the receipt. Absolute understanding and kindness, and even amends. I would like to thank Mr. Schromm again for these warm and nice words, which were really unexpected for me :)

Not again. Ordered 3 different burgers, 2 of which tasted sour. Unfortunately, I was already on the highway while passing through. On the whole not appetizing.

Friendly staff and we were always greeted warmly, nothing is missing and the food is always fresh!

Nice and modern looking branch. As it is located on the motorway, there can be really a lot going on here during holiday periods. Unfortunately, my order was often wrong here, which means that I always check again when I leave here. Otherwise everything is fine.

Nice clean McDonalds, the staff just wasn't very friendly. The order was very tasty and complete.

I had had a very pleasant visit to this branch. The order was prepared very quickly. The restaurant is also very clean. Parking very good, service good, everything was good !!!

If Google would tell me which one this is (e.g. by showing it on a map) I could judge it better, but one of the the McDonald's I visited yesterday was smelly and wouldn't let me order at McCafé but sent me to the main counter after I waited a while. Another (Kleinostheim) cleaned the portafilter with sticky (old) content by beating it *inside* the trash bin before using it for my coffee.

Was given the wrong order. Food tasted horrible.
